Negotiated workplace accommodations for a young man with an intellectual disability. The accommodations included assistance with complicated transactions, working with his job coach and allowing the job coach to assist him on the job, allowing the job coach to be present for any communications regarding job performance issues involving corrective action, adjustments to his work schedule, and allowing him to transfer his job to a different location.


Represented a postal employee in a disability discrimination suit brought under federal law challenging the refusal of his supervisor to allow him to continue to supplement income by working at second post office.


Filed suit against and negotiated a settlement with a city public library on behalf of an employee with cerebral palsy to obtain accommodations necessary to keep his job. The library had claimed that the client, due to his disability, was not able reshelve books in a timely manner.
